Would you rather be underpaid for a job where your work is greatly appreciated and praised, or make more money than you probably should be while your work is largely under appreciated?

Im at a very greedy and selfish stage in my life so I will have to go with the later. I LOVE COLE, KATE, LOUIS AND CAROLINE TOOOO MUCH right now!!! However I am sure the politically correct answer is underpaid and greatly appreciated. But seriously who can honestly say that they want to be underpaid?? Look at me I am so selfish I can't even fathom wanting to be underpaid in exchange for loving my job.
money is how organizations and corporations tell you how much they appreciate you. Plus if you have money it much easier to get people to appriciate you in other ways.
GREAT Comment andert3.I second that wholeheartedly. Wow you must really be smart!
Great posts--and I absolutely agree with both of you. Unfortuantely, there are times when a person may have to stay at a job where he or she is getting underpaid because he or she does not have the time to search for other jobs. Those are just unlucky situations.
